The gymnastic courses are offered by an expert fitness instructor and take place under a thatched roof at the swimming pool. The huge pool offers enough space for an intensive aqua training. The fresh morning air will really make you start sweating when we do power walking in the early mornings. We will walk through the veld and dry river beds. Julia Sibold is a passionate sport and fitness trainer. She enjoys offering various fitness courses, such as pilates, back exercises, power walking and aquaerobics. |
To ensure total well-being, she gladly offers you different, relaxing massages. Julia completed her practical training in Stuttgart and gained a lot of experience while working in various wellness hotels as well as fitness studios. In association with German health insurances, she was involved in many different projects. In addition, she took part in several further training courses. |
